Butler Community College
Butler Community College was established in 1927, formerly known as Butler County Community College. It is located in El Dorado, Kansas, and has branch campuses around the state, namely Andover, Rose Hill, McConnell, Marion, Council Grove, and other distance learning sites.

Aside from academic advising, professional counselors are also available at Butler Community College for personal counseling with students going through various life situations.
The Residence Halls at Butler Community College vary in accommodations. Cummins Hall is for females only, West Hall is for males only, and the East Hall is co-ed. Since campus housing is limited, off-campus housing options and referrals are also provided to students.
Health services are provided by the College Health Services under Student Services. The department offers health education and information campaigns, asessments, treatments, and disease prevention. Services include help with weight control and habit control, physican and/or nurse appointments, affordable prescriptions, laboratory tests, and dental, vision, or well-woman referral services.
Excellent dining options are made available to students at Butler Community College. Aside from the main cafeteria and its affordable meal rates, the Snackbar and Cyber Cafe are also available for additional options for students to grab a bite, socialize, or just catch up on their studying.
Various student clubs and organizations are also available for students of Butler Community College to get involved with and enrich their college experience. Organizations on campus include Campus Crusade for Christ, Delta Epsilon Chi/Marketing, Delta Psi Omega/Theatre, Gay-Straight Alliance, Gaming Association, International Student Alliance, IT Club, Philosophy Club, Student Nursing Association, and more.
The school also has a Student Government Association which is a training ground for students in the democratic form of government. Members are in leadership positions, and in charge of student programs and activities as well as to represent the needs of the student body.
